Book online, choose your requested delivery time, and enter each skier's height, weight, ability level and shoe size. A Base technician arrives with everyone's gear already set up, fits boots and adjusts bindings on site, and you're ready for the lift.

That includes Vail Village, Lionshead, Golden Peak, Cascade, East and West Vail, Beaver Creek Village, Bachelor Gulch, Arrowhead, Strawberry Park, Main Street, Four O'Clock Road, Peaks 7–9, Shock Hill and Warriors Mark. Enter your address when you book and we'll confirm it's in our zone.
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and you no longer need a reservation for winter sports equipment. We require a deposit on the day you reserve the gear, but we are happy to cancel your reservation and refund the deposit if we are notified in advance. Call us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation to have your deposit refunded. We can still cancel the reservation within 48 hours of pickup, but we will not be able to refund your deposit without advance notice.
The same in every market: Gold $99.95, Silver $89.95, Bronze $59.95 and Junior $50 per day. Helmets are $15/day and damage coverage is $5/day. Ski and snowboard packages are priced the same.
Yes, delivery rentals are a minimum of 2 days.
Delivery isn't eligible for automatic online discounts, but you can enter a promo code at checkout. If your lodge, property manager or a partner gave you a code or booking link, use it when you reserve.
Choose your requested delivery time on the booking page, right next to your location. Most guests pick the evening before their first ski day so they can head straight to the lifts in the morning.
Book at least 48 hours ahead. For Christmas through New Year's, MLK weekend and Presidents' Day, book as early as possible, since delivery times fill up weeks in advance.
Yes, ideally. Every skier and rider needs to try on their boots so we can get the fit right. Fitting takes about 15 minutes per person. Anyone who misses it can be fitted at one of our slopeside shops.
Yes. Delivery customers can use our slopeside locations for overnight storage, tuning and servicing, so there's no hauling skis back to the condo every night.
