How Vail Ski Delivery Works
1. Book online in about two minutes.
Pick your package, tell us how many skiers and riders, and choose your dates.
2. We call to lock in your window.
Once you book, we'll call to confirm a delivery time and your Vail address. Most guests choose the evening before their first ski day — it means zero morning scramble.
3. We fit you at your place
Our tech arrives with skis, snowboards, boots, poles and helmets, fits every person in your group, adjusts bindings to your weight and ability, and answers whatever you want to know about where to ski that day.
4. We pick it up when you're done
We come to you. Or, if it's easier, drop your gear at any Base Mountain Sports shop in Vail, Beaver Creek or Breckenridge. Ending your trip in a different town than you started? Not a problem for us.

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and you no longer need a reservation for winter sports equipment. We require a deposit on the day you reserve the gear, but we are happy to cancel your reservation and refund the deposit if we are notified in advance. Call us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation to have your deposit refunded. We can still cancel the reservation within 48 hours of pickup, but we will not be able to refund your deposit without advance notice.
For delivery, yes. We need to schedule the window and make sure your sizes are on the van. Book online for the best rate and to guarantee availability, especially over the holidays and Presidents' Week.

Yes, you can pick up your equipment anytime after 3 PM and not be charged for the day, although we recommend if you can, wait until after 5 PM when the rush of returns is over.
