2. We call to lock in your window.
Once you book, we'll call to confirm a delivery time and your Beaver Creek address. Most guests choose the evening before their first ski day — it means zero morning scramble.

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly, and you no longer need a reservation for winter sports equipment. We require a deposit on the day you reserve the gear, but we are happy to cancel your reservation and refund the deposit if we are notified in advance. Call us at least 48 hours prior to your reservation to have your deposit refunded. We can still cancel the reservation within 48 hours of pickup, but we will not be able to refund your deposit without advance notice.

Yes, you can pick up your equipment anytime after 3 PM and not be charged for the day, although we recommend if you can, wait until after 5 PM when the rush of returns is over.
Our $3 Equipment Coverage Plan covers damage to the gear. Loss and theft aren't covered.
